Basically, I'm having server performance issues that are affecting more important things running on this server. I think this may be caused by EACoder, so I'm taking it down. Here are the options now:
If you want to run EACoder on your own server, the entire setup is available as a zip file here. No special settings necessary, except that you'll have to disable caching if you want the progress indicator to work.
What I personally use now is EARender, a Windows-based utility I wrote. The program itself is here, and the source code is here - feel free to adapt the code to your own needs, particularly if you want it to work on another OS.
